Policy Agreement

These are our Terms, Conditions, Policy, and Agreement.

This agreement releases Mutz Farm & Services also including all affiliates from all liability relating to property damages, deaths and injuries that may occur performing any task such as, but not limited to loading and unloading of equipment, tools, trash, junk, etc. and any services, duties or activities being performed by myself or Mutz Farm & Services also including all affiliates. By doing business with us you agree to hold Mutz Farm & Services also including all affiliates entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for any property damages, deaths or injuries incurred, regardless of whether damages, deaths or injuries are caused by negligence.

You also acknowledge the risks involved in performing any task such as, but not limited to loading and unloading of equipment, tools, trash, junk, etc. and any services, duties or activities being performed by myself or Mutz Farm & Services also including all affiliates. These include but are not limited to injury, death, and property damage. You swear that you are participating voluntarily, and that all risks are clear. Additionally, you do not have any conditions that will increase my likelihood of experiencing injuries while engaging in this service, duty or activity.

By doing business with us you forfeit all rights to bring a suit against Mutz Farm & Services also including all affiliates for any reason in the past, present or future. In return, you will receive equipment, services, duties and / or activities agreed upon. You will also make every effort to obey safety precautions as listed in writing or as explained to me verbally. You will ask for clarification when needed and assume all risk during and while  performing any task such as, but not limited to loading and unloading of equipment, tools, trash, junk, etc. and any services, duties or activities being performed by yourself or Mutz Farm & Services also including all affiliates.

As Is – No Refunds – All Sales Final.
